While they look large, I take them one at a time and have no issue with swallowing them! These supplements have no taste or flavor whatsoever, although they are fairly chalky in the container. I’ve haven’t been using this product for very long but I can say it has easily been introduced into my daily routine and I have experienced no adverse side effects and will definitely continue to use them!

I didn't expect the size of the pill, I did took it with other supplements. The only unpleasant thing about the pill was the size. Hoping that it help to minimize my wrinkles and improve skin elasticity.

The bottle is nice and has a lot of information about what you're taking. My hair and nails did seem to be a bit stronger, but that can be subjective. I'm 50, so my skin is menopausal and is a tricky thing. If you have issues with swallowing pills, this may not be the greatest for you. Three semi-large, uncoated capsules a day might be a challenge. Also, as you can see from the photo, the bottle only contains enough for 25 days. Why. So all in all, I've heard good things about the other products from Youtheory, I might try them, but the collegen supplement was fine, just not for me.

The tablets are on the larger size, but not too cumbersome. The packaging, however, is lacking. The container is large compared to the fill volume, and several tablets broke in transit.

Despite this, I've been taking these daily for 3 weeks and I feel like my nails are somewhat stronger. I also have gone through this bottle fairly quickly because 3 capsules a day to equals 1 serving recommended by NSF.

As of now I am looking forward to seeing the final results of the full suite. The dosage is 3 pills which can sometimes be a little daunting to consume. The pills stew also a bit on the large side so I would definitely recommend drinking something with it. Overall the flavor and odor is almost non existent, this makes it much more palatable to take. Overall this seems like a great way to get a collagen supplement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to swallow uncoated tablets! They come in a storage bottle with a screw-on cap that's not the child-safe style. The tablets are white and flat-ish ovals with no noticeable coating. The inside of the bottle had quite a bit of white dust, but none of the tablets were cracked or broken. The directions are clear and easy to follow. They're not scented and are quick to swallow, so I didn't notice any taste. I didn't have any issues afterward, and I felt more energetic and refreshed after a few days.

I did not experience any stomach discomfort while taking Youtheory Concentrated Effect Collagen with Verisol. Now that I’m getting older, I’m noticing more collagen loss in my face and under my eyes. I don’t think topical collagen products suffices and have been taking collagen powder in my coffee to supplement. This blend includes half the daily percentage of vitamin C and also a hefty serving of biotin. These are all great ingredients for your skin. Cons: My biggest issue is the serving size. You have to take 3 tablets a day which is way more than any other supplement I am currently taking. Also, I usually prefer to take 5 or 10 types of collagen in powder form to cover it all and I can’t tell which collagen types these pills have.
