Best assembly instruction manual and on-line tutorial of any knocked down product I have ever assembled. Everything is very high quality, fit and finish was excellent and all hardware was properly notated. Even if the top lid blisters, I am very happy with this product as I will just paint it with black grill paint.

My 17 year old grandson loves grilling on this griddle and he put it together very easily with the instructions! I am also very pleased with Members Mark's great customer service. they stand behind the quality of their products, which makes customer satisfaction a plus!

We compared different brands of outdoor griddles before deciding on this one. I read a review about the lid discoloring and ours in a little discolored now but it is not bad at all and I still LOVE the grill itself. The oil doesn't settle in corners, the heat distributes perfectly, and it's so easy to turn on, use, and clean. I would choose this griddle over again! Very happy!

I would rate it less stars if I could. I purchased this two months ago and just went to use it after being away for 3 weeks and when I took the cover off, the hoof was all peeled and rusting. What a piece of junk. Stay away!

Had this griddle less than 2 months, and has been under cover. The paint on the lid is peeling, bubbling and rusting. Avoid buying this griddle, and spend money on a real Blackstone.

I really like how this griddle works. It is solid. However, like many others say here, the paint on the cover is peeling off in chunks. I was disappointed that there isn't an option to just be shipped a replacement lid that doesn't have this know defect because returning the entire griddle would be quite the process. However, I was delighted that customer service cheerfully agreed to refund $90 to me for the problem. I will attempt to repaint it myself with some high heat paint.
