My 17 year old grandson loves grilling on this griddle and he put it together very easily with the instructions! I am also very pleased with Members Mark's great customer service. they stand behind the quality of their products, which makes customer satisfaction a plus!

Amazing grill! Just like a Blackstone but cheaper. Bought this for the hubby for Father’s Day. They were clearanced for $249! It has 4 individual burners so you can cook things needing different temperatures at the same time. It is very well made. The cover is sturdy too. We definitely recommend this grill!

This grill works extremely well, we have cooked a lot of meals on it. Can't wait to cook breakfast and fajitas on it as well.

Best assembly instruction manual and on-line tutorial of any knocked down product I have ever assembled. Everything is very high quality, fit and finish was excellent and all hardware was properly notated. Even if the top lid blisters, I am very happy with this product as I will just paint it with black grill paint.

Overall a good griddle. Very disappointed in the paint quality and with the protection cover. I don’t see any rips or tears in the cover but moisture/water is coming through somewhere. I would’ve given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for those two drawbacks.

We purchased this griddle about a month ago. Assembly took about 3 hours(for me). The functionality of the griddle is good. It seems to heat up evenly but has some cool spots around the edges. I found I had to cook on low to low/medium settings. I’m giving it 3 stars because after 2 weeks the paint on the lid began to peel off. After a month most of the paint has came off. I never closed the lid while the griddle was still hot. Only closed it once the griddle was completely back to ambient temperature. We also kept the included cover on it when not in use. I returned it for a refund concerned a replacement would do the same.

Clearly has issues with final paint..cooking performance is good, but we literally used it once and the paint bubbled and started peeling off in sheets… Before anyone says it…we did not cook with the cover closed…I tried to post a pic but had issues. It looks exactly like the other users photos…

This is our 2nd Members Mark flat grill. Bought this one as it had a cover. Looked nice in store %26 a good price but assembly was a challenge due to poor instructions. After 2-3 hours, it was done. Went to install the lid and it was scratched %26 spots where paint was defective. Called the 800 number for defective or missing parts to see if will send a new lid but was told no. Will only provide a $25 gift card. Not easy to return a fully assembled grill weighing 70 lbs to the store.

So far no issues with the griddle portion, but the lid is a whole other story. I don’t think this outdoor griddle is suitable for any place with humid weather. This is covered every single day but still the lid is flaking! Had for less than a month. The lid paint started flaking the first week.

I really like how this griddle works. It is solid. However, like many others say here, the paint on the cover is peeling off in chunks. I was disappointed that there isn't an option to just be shipped a replacement lid that doesn't have this know defect because returning the entire griddle would be quite the process. However, I was delighted that customer service cheerfully agreed to refund $90 to me for the problem. I will attempt to repaint it myself with some high heat paint.
