We got this members mark griddle on blowout for 175.00 before tax. Got it home and assembled it without any hiccups. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this griddle. The instructions were clear and detailed. There is even an app to follow but wasn't needed. Put together it was well worth the price. Burners worked perfectly.

Amazing grill! Just like a Blackstone but cheaper. Bought this for the hubby for Father's Day. They were clearanced for $249! It has 4 individual burners so you can cook things needing different temperatures at the same time. It is very well made. The cover is sturdy too. We definitely recommend this grill!

My neighbor purchased this grill %26 let me know how much they loved it. I saw what a great price it was, and decided to get one. I feel like a grill master now! This thing is amazing! Heats quickly %26 maintains the set temperature. Easy to clean, and the cover is a big plus!

We were very excited for this grill. Overall it works great but unfortunately after a few weeks of use the top lid has started to bubble and peel and has spots all over. Disappointing.

Clearly has issues with final paint..cooking performance is good, but we literally used it once and the paint bubbled and started peeling off in sheets… Before anyone says it…we did not cook with the cover closed…I tried to post a pic but had issues. It looks exactly like the other users photos…

So far no issues with the griddle portion, but the lid is a whole other story. I don't think this outdoor griddle is suitable for any place with humid weather. This is covered every single day but still the lid is flaking! Had for less than a month. The lid paint started flaking the first week.

Overall a good griddle. Very disappointed in the paint quality and with the protection cover. I don’t see any rips or tears in the cover but moisture/water is coming through somewhere. I would’ve given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for those two drawbacks.

We purchased this griddle about a month ago. Assembly took about 3 hours(for me). The functionality of the griddle is good. It seems to heat up evenly but has some cool spots around the edges. I found I had to cook on low to low/medium settings. I’m giving it 3 stars because after 2 weeks the paint on the lid began to peel off. After a month most of the paint has came off. I never closed the lid while the griddle was still hot. Only closed it once the griddle was completely back to ambient temperature. We also kept the included cover on it when not in use. I returned it for a refund concerned a replacement would do the same.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the paint finish. Significant issues began to appear just one month after purchase, despite the item being covered and properly protected when not in use. This is unacceptable for a recently purchased product.

If I could give this griddle zero stars I would. Have contacted customer service multiple times and they have yet to pick up griddle and refund me. Paint is peeling everywhere despite being covered and it is rusting and falling apart. Do not waste your time or money!
