This grill is really fantastic and at a fraction of the cost of those pricey griddles where you're paying for mostly flashy packaging and branding. This griddle heats up quick, it's very easy to maintain, and the food comes off hot and tasty! Be sure to season before your first use! (and often afterwards!) My only gripe with it is, the lid warped its paint already and I've only cooked with the lid open on every use. Otherwise this grill is an absolute steal!

We've been really happy with this griddle so far! The 36" cooking surface gives us plenty of room to cook for the whole family, and having four burners makes it easy to control the heat in different areas. It heats up nicely and is great for everything from breakfast foods and burgers to veggies and larger family meals. The cover is also a huge plus for keeping it protected when we're not using it. Overall, it feels sturdy, spacious, and like a great value for the price. We're excited to get a lot of use out of it, especially for family breakfasts and outdoor cooking. Definitely recommend!

This thing is quite big in size and makes sense that it carries a bit of weigh too. The 36 inch surface gives you so much space to cook everything out instead of making them in batches. I have put together chicken, eggs, tofu, paneer, burger patties, grilled veggies without it becoming a mess and had room to flip them easily. I also really like the front grease cup. Cleanup is much easier when everything collects right there, and the included scraper is handy. The separate burner controls make it easy to keep one area hotter than another. The side shelf gives you some extra prep space, and the wheels make moving it around easier than I expected. The hinged lid and fitted cover are both nice extras too. Overall, a very roomy griddle and great for cooking a whole meal outside without having to juggle everything.

The handle for the cover came deffective and I called the (888) 509-1721 during business hours and no one picks up. It's automated and I left 3 messages and no one has called me back. I'm ready to rent a truck to take this whole Griddle back to Sam's club and ask for a refund. I bought this thinking I was going to save $$$ over buying one of B****Stones. I guess I was wrong. I actually used the griddle and it works like a charm but can't touch the lid because the handle is defective. I only need a replacement handle with M6 bolts sent to me and it will work. Too bad their customer services doesn't answer my phone call. There is no email either to have a record of emails.

My family loves hibachi but it's expensive so I wanted to cook it at home. Since this is a great value, I figured we'd try it out. It's the easiest to set up and so fun to cook on! I love how evenly it cooks and that there is a hood. It makes it so easy to grill and cook other items too. It's my new favorite thing!

I purchased this griddle as a gift for my boyfriend in early May. As of today- less than 3 months later- the paint on the lid has lifted and fallen off. Now there is a giant rust mark on the top. It has been covered for the entire time we had it , unless it was in use. This should not happened.
