Best assembly instruction manual and on-line tutorial of any knocked down product I have ever assembled. Everything is very high quality, fit and finish was excellent and all hardware was properly notated. Even if the top lid blisters, I am very happy with this product as I will just paint it with black grill paint.

I haven't fired it up yet, but I'm already excited about this 4-burner griddle. The cooking surface really evenly distributes the heat when cooking a large amount of food. At the same time the ability to reduce heat in a different area to cook different item works really great as well. The ability to store utensils and other item really make things convenient and minimize the back and forth to the kitchen.
