We always keep the top of the grill down with the cover on top, yet somehow the top of the grill is coming apart and peeling off sadly and looks horrible. Also, the side "prep space area" will not sit up evenly, so we are unable to use it. Everything slides off of it.

Like this griddle!!! Surprising me, I think the quality is impressive for this price point. The frame feels sturdy and durable, griddle top is thick enough to retain heat, big plus is the grease dray works well, easy to clean, and the side shelves provide large space. Recommend!

I really like how this griddle works. It is solid. However, like many others say here, the paint on the cover is peeling off in chunks. I was disappointed that there isn't an option to just be shipped a replacement lid that doesn't have this know defect because returning the entire griddle would be quite the process. However, I was delighted that customer service cheerfully agreed to refund $90 to me for the problem. I will attempt to repaint it myself with some high heat paint.

The Griddle cooks great, but the griddle hood is bad quality. Started to discolor shortly after purchase, never closed the lid while it was hot. Will probably keep the griddle because it actually cooks very well and I don't want to drag it back to the store. Just wish they would replace the hood.

This is our 2nd Members Mark flat grill. Bought this one as it had a cover. Looked nice in store %26 a good price but assembly was a challenge due to poor instructions. After 2-3 hours, it was done. Went to install the lid and it was scratched %26 spots where paint was defective. Called the 800 number for defective or missing parts to see if will send a new lid but was told no. Will only provide a $25 gift card. Not easy to return a fully assembled grill weighing 70 lbs to the store.

Experienced this griddle at a friends house and had to buy one myself. Cooked the food perfectly and had a nicely included cover. Excited to assemble mine and break it in. Take advantage of the $50 off special!

I am really satisfied with this griddle, it heats up quickly and has a large cooking area that I can cook a variety of different foods. I don't have any complaints about the quality of this griddle for this pricing. I highly recommend this model!

The actual griddle works fine, but like so many others have reviewed, the top of the lid started loosing its paint and rusting within a month. Stayed covered, well taken care of. Will be returning.

Compared to other griddles I've used, this model offers outstanding value for the price. The surface performed exceptionally well and was easy to clean, I woule like to buy 2nd unit for my son.
