The handle for the cover came deffective and I called the (888) 509-1721 during business hours and no one picks up. It's automated and I left 3 messages and no one has called me back. I'm ready to rent a truck to take this whole Griddle back to Sam's club and ask for a refund. I bought this thinking I was going to save $$$ over buying one of B****Stones. I guess I was wrong. I actually used the griddle and it works like a charm but can't touch the lid because the handle is defective. I only need a replacement handle with M6 bolts sent to me and it will work. Too bad their customer services doesn't answer my phone call. There is no email either to have a record of emails.

I'm really impressed with this grill! It heats up quickly and evenly, and having five burners gives me plenty of space to cook different foods at the same time. The grill is sturdy, spacious, and looks great on the patio. I've used it for burgers, chicken, steaks, and vegetables, and everything has cooked beautifully. The temperature is easy to control, and cleanup has been pretty simple as well. It's definitely a great grill for family cookouts or entertaining guests. For the price and quality, I'm very happy with this purchase. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, spacious propane grill!

Griddle is good but the hood is trash. Does not do well in humidity. Paint start chipping after first use. There was condensation on the hood once the cover was removed the first week.
