I really like how this griddle works. It is solid. However, like many others say here, the paint on the cover is peeling off in chunks. I was disappointed that there isn't an option to just be shipped a replacement lid that doesn't have this know defect because returning the entire griddle would be quite the process. However, I was delighted that customer service cheerfully agreed to refund $90 to me for the problem. I will attempt to repaint it myself with some high heat paint.

We always keep the top of the grill down with the cover on top, yet somehow the top of the grill is coming apart and peeling off sadly and looks horrible. Also, the side "prep space area" will not sit up evenly, so we are unable to use it. Everything slides off of it.

Really impressed with this griddle. Assembly was straightforward — instructions were clear and everything went together without a fight. All four burners heat the full surface evenly — no cold spots, just consistent searing heat. The front-access grease cup makes cleanup painless, and the included cover is a nice bonus. Excellent value, especially at the current sale price.

The Griddle cooks great, but the griddle hood is bad quality. Started to discolor shortly after purchase, never closed the lid while it was hot. Will probably keep the griddle because it actually cooks very well and I don't want to drag it back to the store. Just wish they would replace the hood.

The cooking surface really evenly distributes the heat when cooking a large amount of food. At the same time the ability to reduce heat in a different area to cook different item works really great as well. The ability to store utensils and other item really make things convenient and minimize the back and forth to the kitchen.

This is our 2nd Members Mark flat grill. Bought this one as it had a cover. Looked nice in store %26 a good price but assembly was a challenge due to poor instructions. After 2-3 hours, it was done. Went to install the lid and it was scratched %26 spots where paint was defective. Called the 800 number for defective or missing parts to see if will send a new lid but was told no. Will only provide a $25 gift card. Not easy to return a fully assembled grill weighing 70 lbs to the store.

It is a great griddle. But the paint has started to peel from the lid. It has lived under a cover since day one...Please send new lid!!!!

Compared to other griddles I've used, this model offers outstanding value for the price. The surface performed exceptionally well and was easy to clean, I woule like to buy 2nd unit for my son.
