Minus one star just because it’s pricier than other brands, however I do understand why. You can use a lot less of this product compared to other thin brands. My family likes this a notices a difference when I buy another brand

Not happy with new width size. Approx 1/2" narrower What product have you not reduced the width?Want larger width. If not available will try other brands.

From 4 to 3.92 might not seem like a lot until you find you have to use part of your hand to compensate. Whose brilliant idea was this, and how much of a bonus did they get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used ultra soft for awhile but thought it was to soft. The last package I got was more like the regular strong rolls. Wasn't nearly as soft as it used to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charmin is ACTUALLY Soft. You don't need very much of it either, which is great because my kids go through the other brands so fast. Leaves my Cheeks feeling Charmed!
