[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Charmin Ultra Soft does the handiwork. It's not so soft, you have to use more like some brands. You don't need as much and it's convenient for the tush.

I have always bought Charmin. As it gets softer, I am happier. My daughter gets coupons for other brands and practically gets them free but you can't get satisfaction out of them like Charmin. No comparison! Charmin is Best!

I have been buying this product for years the last two 9 roll packs are not up to standard about 2/3 down roll the paper is not smooth it tends to over lap

If the machine that pierces the tear lines in the rolls isn't fixed or adjusted soon I'm going to start buying a different brand. It's more than a minor inconvenience to me to have it just tear ragged anywhere you pull on it.

I will never buy Charmin again. I have used it for years when it was White Cloud. It is thinner and so narrow. What have you done to this product? I will never buy it again!!!!!
