The jar was a little difficult to open but pills are easy to swallow with water and have no taste which I like. Will definitely continue to use consistently.

The capsules are pretty large, and you have to take two, so the bottle lasts half as long as you might think. As far as the actual results, I didn't notice much difference, and personally prepare other brands that I have tried in the past.

Once I began taking two capsules per day I started to notice I was less fight or flight and more relaxed in the evenings ( I take at dinnertime). I have felt less stressed and sleep (mostly) through the night. I have taken ashwagandha alone and did not feel as relaxed so I do believe adding in the gaba has contributed to my more relaxed state. I cannot say I noticed any improvement in memory or stamina. I would suggest going through a full bottle before making a decision on if it works or not. I will continue to use this and think the youtheory brand is pretty good concerning ingredients used in the supplement. The pills are also very small and easy to swallow with no bitter aftertaste.

The best compliment I can give this product is my wife has noticed a calmness in me, especially on travel days with hectic airports and long flights. I'm currently working two jobs, & I needed something to promote relaxation, support memory, and ease my anxiety. I work jobs that are very client facing, and I was having trouble decompressing. I've been using this product for 2 weeks now (with daily consistency), and I already see a difference. In the evenings, I'm more easily able to mentally wind down and prepare for deep sleep. I noticed that my anxiety has seemed less and have paired the supplements with warm tea and soft piano music to maximize the effects. The texture is smooth, and they dissolve easily. I would absolutely recommend.
