[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Youtheory ashwaganda and GABA capsules are super easy to take. I've been taking them at bedtime for a week and have found that I have been falling asleep easier. I'm not sure that they have had much of an effect on my focus, but stress seems to be a little more controlled. I like that they are made with organic and vegetarian ingredients so I feel like it's a clean supplement. I'll need to take them longer to see more significant results, but so far they seem like a pretty good supplement for the money.

I like the fact that they don’t have a Strong after flavor. I felt a little more clear every day. I didn’t have any side effects. Everything worked amazing I would definitely try these again. I would like to keep using them a little longer to see if I keep seeing a good effect from them, but overall they’ve been a really positive experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to try these out over a couple weeks to measure a difference in my stress levels so I took these on days that I had high stress (I wear a watch that helps track this) and I was impressed to see these helped my body calm down and improved my body battery after particularly stressful days! They are easy to take, the capsule has no taste or smell. I had been wanting to try ashwagandha for a while and will be layering this into my wellness routine going forward.

The bottle is only about a quarter filled up and there’s no need for such a ginormous bottle. Also, the lid was on so tight and hard to get off. I had to have my husband open it (he had to put the force of god on it) and he has good grip strength. The product itself was fine but I have taken ashwagandha before.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve noticed these vitamins pair well with my prescription I have for ADHD. I take these at night and it calms my mind and body I’ve found. I like that is contains KSM-66 ashwa and pharmagaba. The capsules aren’t easy for me to take and doing two a day is hard but I do it. I wish they were gummies. That would look better and be easier for all. I can’t speak to the value but I can say this is only 15 doses. So idk if the value evens out.
