The Omega DHA and EPA comes from algae grown in a controlled environment. The dosage is 2 gels a day and so far I haven't had those fishy burps that I used to have with the fish derived liquid I used to take. This is so much better. I highly recommend Youtheory omega supplements to anyone trying to find an alternative to fish derived supplements.
