This supplement gave me a severe panic attack I took this in the morning with breakfast and after awhile I started to have a hard time breathing and my palm started to sweat and my heart was beating so fast! The dosage for this supplement is too high!

They don't taste bad and are very easy to swallow .They are also gluten free .I have arthritis and they helped mw with less pain and more movement.The container they come in is also recycled.

Love that they are made from the algae that the fish eat to get the omega3 in their system. So they are not harming any fish to make this since these are made from algae which is renewable. Plus you don't get the mercury, metals and other pollutants that can come from fish. Smaller pills than some of the others so easy to swallow
