Everything from the aluminium recycleable container to the plant-based ingredients definitely resonates, but without sacrifice - this provides all the same benefits the older style fish oil capsules but without any aftertaste, a smaller-sized / easier to swallow dosage form but most importantly without harvesting ocean life for our selfish benefit. I'm glad this company is producing more sustainable supplements at a fair price, I look forward to the benefits promised with this DHA and EPA that have been scientifically proven to be good for you.

I'm so pleased that not only are these Omega 3 capsules plant based and they have additional Vitamin E, but they're also in a recycled bottle; that's a win win for me! Knowing that this is a sustainable product also makes the decision an easy one. I'll be using these from now on!

Previously I had avoided taking fish oil because I have a lap band and the aftertaste was absolutely horrible. With the Ocean Friendly Omega, I do not have that aftertaste and can now once again reap the benefits of an omega supplement. Thank you for developing such a good product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Youtheory Ocean-friendly Omega-3 capsules are fantastic because 1) no more fishy smelling capsules/fishy aftertaste to take for the Omega-3 benefits and 2) they use an ocean-friendly Omega-3 oil made from algae oil (The algae oil is grown without harvesting marine life). Its important to get enough DHA/EPA so our bodies brain, eye, and heart functions in a healthy manner. I took 2 softgels a day for 3 weeks and although I don't notice anything different I know I'm helping my body be at its best. Anything I can do to be healthy and live longer I will do and Youtheory's Omega softgels helps me reach those goals.

Softgels are large in size so may be an issue for some if they have hard time taking pills or swallowing so be careful. I experienced no side effects. Instructions are to take 2 softgels daily. It's horrible. Or I feel bloated. I've been taking Youtheory Omega for a while now. Since there's algae and no fish, I don't get the fishy burps. I think that's the best part. It feels very clean. I actually found out I also take another Youtheory product! Youtheory ashwagandha for reducing stress. They have nice products.
