However, it does not compare to the quality and effectiveness of Youtheory Ocean-Friendly Omega. I received a sample can of their omega-3 pills and I was pleasantly surprised by how gentle and smooth they were. Unlike other omega-3 pills that can cause nausea, upset stomach, or fishy aftertaste, these pills did not give me any side effects. I take one pill every morning on an empty stomach and feel energized and focused throughout the day. Omega-3s are essential for many functions in the body but especially for my eye health.
