I don't eat fish (they are friends not food and the krill populations used for a lot of supplements are critical and diminishing food supply for whales) but always struggled with my good cholesterol numbers before I started taking these eco-guilt free.

The most important thing for us was the quality and that it was vegan. We put in a lot of time researching before deciding on You theory. Recyclable packaging and being able to buy from the supplier are huge bonuses!

Love that they are made from the algae that the fish eat to get the omega3 in their system. So they are not harming any fish to make this since these are made from algae which is renewable. Plus you don't get the mercury, metals and other pollutants that can come from fish. Smaller pills than some of the others so easy to swallow

After taking it for a week, I feel better. My mind is more clear and I feel more agile. The only complaint is the bottle is small. It has only 30 soft gels so can only last for 15 takings if you take 2 soft gels per time
