Everything from the aluminium recycleable container to the plant-based ingredients definitely resonates, but without sacrifice - this provides all the same benefits the older style fish oil capsules but without any aftertaste, a smaller-sized / easier to swallow dosage form but most importantly without harvesting ocean life for our selfish benefit. I like that there is no aftertaste, the pills are easy to swallow, and I get a good amount of omega 3 in my diet. I do feel like my eyes are less dry and my joints are more lubricated after using this product. I will purchase another bottle.

The smell is not too strong you can still tell it's from the ocean but is tolerable! Doesn't make your stomach hurt either! Love that this is a sustainable product!

The only issue I have (which a lot of fish oils cause) is it did cause me to burp a little bit more than I would like which does leave to some discomfort. But overall I recommend this product!

It's horrible. Or I feel bloated. I've been taking Youtheory Omega for a while now. Since there's algae and no fish, I don't get the fishy burps. I think that's the best part. It feels very clean. I actually found out I also take another Youtheory product! Youtheory ashwagandha for reducing stress. They have nice products.
