[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been on the hunt for vegetarian or vegan (these are vegan) omega supplements without that fishy aftertaste or contain gelatin and this is it! The Omega DHA and EPA comes from algae grown in a controlled environment. The dosage is 2 gels a day and so far I haven't had those fishy burps that I used to have with the fish derived liquid I used to take. This is so much better. I highly recommend Youtheory omega supplements to anyone trying to find an alternative to fish derived supplements. They don't taste bad and are very easy to swallow .They are also gluten free .I have arthritis and they helped mw with less pain and more movement.The container they come in is also recycled.
