They are easy to swallow for me, and I did not notice any off putting flavors, nor did I get any fish burps while taking them. I like that there's a lack of filler ingredients in these pills and no artificial colors or flavors.

I've tried many brands and I'm quite fond of Youtheory Ocean-Friendly Omega because: - First, the bottle size is compact, sturdy, and convenient. The packaging is minimalist but still has the brand's characteristics. - The capsule size is smaller than regular fish oil capsules. This makes it easier for me to swallow. - The thin shell is not chewy, does not have an unpleasant fishy smell like previous fish oil products. - Vegan ingredients - Gluten-free, Soy-free, and Dairy-free - Cleaner, safer. - Surprisingly, this is an Omega product but it is made from algal oil, not fish oil. According to information posted on Theory's website, fish can be contaminated with pollutants such as mercury and PCBs that are harmful to humans... this makes me very sympathetic because it is completely true to the current state of the world today. I was already a fan of Youtheory Collagen and now I've added Omega, I'll definitely buy it again many times and I'll try more vitamins from the brand.

My skin, hair and nails have improved in the brief amount of time I've been taking them and it's been especially beneficial for my health in the cold air with dry heat! It's difficult for me to get the daily requirement of Omega vitamins so this solves that problem easily. There's no fishy taste or aftertaste and I love the reusable bottle!

Previously I had avoided taking fish oil because I have a lap band and the aftertaste was absolutely horrible. With the Ocean Friendly Omega, I do not have that aftertaste and can now once again reap the benefits of an omega supplement. Thank you for developing such a good product!

Omega 3 pills tend to be on the larger size and these are no different. However, I have no issues swallowing pills and enjoyed taking these! Only downside is I could see someone that struggles with swallowing pills these might be too big.
