Previously I had avoided taking fish oil because I have a lap band and the aftertaste was absolutely horrible. With the Ocean Friendly Omega, I do not have that aftertaste and can now once again reap the benefits of an omega supplement. Thank you for developing such a good product!

What is amazing though are the capsules themselves. They don't taste gross! Most Omega-3 supplements are either synthetic tasting, fishy tasting, or both. These are neither, they go down easy, and that's honestly the #1 impediment to taking supplements regularly.

That and you have to eat before you take them or you get nauseous. With these there was no bad smell, no stomach aches, and easy to swallow!

I take mine after my breakfast in the morning and I take the two softgels as per label notes. I love that they have a light algae scent almost neutral. Size of softgels is good also they are smaller compared to the fish ones I take.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite part of these pills hands down is that they are a little slimmer than normal fish oil pills. As such, I could swallow two (the serving size is two pills) together. With my other fish oil pills, I can only take one at a time and sometimes they get stuck going down which I loathe. These have less Omega-3 and EPA and DHA than my fish oil pills- it takes about 2 of these to equal one fish oil- so that should be noted. Since I was only taking one fish oil a day, I don't mind taking 2 of these slimmer pills instead of one fish oil.
