I love that it's also vegetarian and vegan friendly for those who practice that diet for ethical reasons! This is a great alternative

I hate the fishy taste or even the fishy burps Omega supplements sometimes cause so I was happy to find one to find one that did not cause that. I typically have skin on the dryer side, but my skin has been glowing and less dry since starting this supplement. I highly recommend it, if you are looking for a Omega that isn't gross. Softgels are large in size so may be an issue for some if they have hard time taking pills or swallowing so be careful. I experienced no side effects. Instructions are to take 2 softgels daily. Pretty easy to me. I would recommend.
