[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vitamin is on the larger side, however it is a soft gel and easy to swallow. I have not seen or felt any significant differences between now and the start of taking them. I love the eco friendly packaging.

I also have high cholesterol that's genetic and can't wait to see what bloodwork says since I've started taking these. They don't have any taste when I put them in my mouth and absolutely no burps from them at all. That's a huge plus because I have always hated fishy burps which has kept me from taking omega supplements. The pills itself are larger than I usually like but I didn't have any problems swallowing them which is a big deal for me because I usually choke on larger pills. Overall, I really like this product and will purchase again.

It doesn't make my tummy upset when I combine with my other vitamins like other OTC ones do. No fishy burp after consumption. Only complaint they don't sell in Value or Bulk size

I do see a slight improvement with my hair looking a little more shinier and skin is looking a little more better. I usually see these results with omega-3 so I'm glad. I just do wish that this product in particular had no carrageenan in it. It really could have done without it and I think this product would have been better without some of the unnecessary things it uses.
