Algae is a superfood which I have included in my diet a long time ago, because is heavy metal and contaminant free plant, comparing to other products from the sea. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My favorite part of these pills hands down is that they are a little slimmer than normal fish oil pills. As such, I could swallow two (the serving size is two pills) together. With my other fish oil pills, I can only take one at a time and sometimes they get stuck going down which I loathe. These have less Omega-3 and EPA and DHA than my fish oil pills- it takes about 2 of these to equal one fish oil- so that should be noted. Since I was only taking one fish oil a day, I don't mind taking 2 of these slimmer pills instead of one fish oil.
