I really like the fact that when the gelatin dissolves taste that strong fishy flavor. Taking my fish oil vitamins daily is very important due to my family having high risk of heart failure/disease. Prevention is always better than trying to heal an ailment. My aunt also recently died from brain cancer. Since starting this product, I've noticed that midday brain fog dissipate. I also suffer from a stigmatism and wine glasses, my whole life, so my vision is very important. Where products I take daily sourced is very important to me. Packaging and where the ingredients come from are so important. Keeping our oceans clean, and using less plastic as possible. Makes me feel at least like I am doing my part. I plan on continuing using this product for another couple of months to notice if it has made a difference in my health or not. As of now I would definitely recommend this item to my friends and family

But overall they are easy to drink with water and did not make me feel sick. I would recommend this and will continue taking this

It's a pretty good product and I love that I don't get that fish oil or whatever after taste as well as the reflux or burps these products usually cause. I totally recommend this product.

Softgels are large in size so may be an issue for some if they have hard time taking pills or swallowing so be careful. I experienced no side effects. Instructions are to take 2 softgels daily.
