These from Ocean Friendly dont have any after taste and are a great size. I have been using these for about a month now and I feel so much more organized and energetic.

I've been taking two capsules a day for about a week now and it's easy to take down and I have no complaints! It's hard to find vegan-friendly products, especially omega 3 vitamins so that's my favorite thing about these. However, I'm not too sure if I feel any different after taking them, or if I should even feel a difference.

The packaging is so innovative, It is almost a metal alloy of some type. They are gel caps so they go down smooth and easy. I took two once a day as instructed by the package. I am leaving this review after taking them for 5 days. Here is my testimony: Day 1: Did not see a difference. Day 2: I woke up feeling clear-headed headed almost like I had enough brain power to knock out my to-do list. Day 3: Wow! I am amazed how in such a short amount of time I was able to get all of my yard work done. I had so much energy. Day 4: No more grogginess in the morning, I hopped straight out of bed. Omegas are so good for your brain, heart and eyes and by taking this supplement I feel like I am helping my body in a natural way. I have been using the Ocean-Friendly Omega from You-Theory for a month and it's made me feel great, increase energy.

They don't taste bad and are very easy to swallow .They are also gluten free .I have arthritis and they helped mw with less pain and more movement.The container they come in is also recycled.
