It's a unique product and it works well for me personally. I would recommend it if you are interested in an alternative to fish oil.

There are no fish burps, the pill is a decent size and not hard to swallow, and the dose of omegas (1,470mg) is incredible when you realize it is all derived from algae. This is a great vegan, fish free, soy free, gluten free alternative to incorporate into your daily routine with wonderful added benefits by a brand I trust!

The softgels are reasonable in size and slide down without issue .These are a great product and the only brand that I will purchase. There is no burning with a nasty fish taste

Softgels are large in size so may be an issue for some if they have hard time taking pills or swallowing so be careful. I experienced no side effects. Instructions are to take 2 softgels daily. Pretty easy to me. I would recommend.
