I have found that this product essentially eliminates my fishy burps! It could be because there is a little less DHA and Omega 3 than I'm used to taking, but I tried with 3 capsules per day with similar results. I would definitely buy this again!

They don't taste bad and are very easy to swallow .They are also gluten free .I have arthritis and they helped mw with less pain and more movement.The container they come in is also recycled.
