There are no fish burps, the pill is a decent size and not hard to swallow, and the dose of omegas (1,470mg) is incredible when you realize it is all derived from algae. This is a great vegan, fish free, soy free, gluten free alternative to incorporate into your daily routine with wonderful added benefits by a brand I trust!

And I really like the idea ocean friendly omega... fish free, getting omega from the source... and I like that it's soy free. I try to avoid soy because it affects male hormones. Even though I'm used to taking supplements, I like that the softgel capsules are very good size and easier to swallow. I like this brand. Great quality and ingredients. There's no fishy taste. Great product. I'm switching.

It's still too early to notice any effects, especially as it's a natural supplement, but its purpose is to help the health of the heart, brain and eyes. The concern for the packaging made from recyclable aluminum is commendable. Although the capsules aren't very small, I didn't have much trouble swallowing them as they are soft gel.
