I've been taking fish oil products for years and sometimes dreaded it due to the fishy burpee aftertaste you get after a while with other brands. Not with this one!! I was excited to try something new along with some personal dietary changes. The packaging is unique. I love the fact that it's not in plastic like everything else in our lives these days. Overall, it helps with my eyesight a bit. But I mainly take it as a preventive measure for certain heart conditions that run in my family. This container comes with 60 soft gel pills you take only twice daily. I usually do morning and night. I'm so impressed with the youtheory fish oil brand that I plan on putting my entire family onto it! It's changed how I feel overall in my time taking it. I recommend you try it and see what you think! The only thing I'd suggest is offering it in a bigger format versus a 30 day supply. I usually purchase items in bulk and like to have it on hand when needed.

It's only two pills per day. And the best part is...no burping sardines taste for the rest of the day!!

I take 2 pills a day, they are easy to swallow, no fish smell and more importantly no fish burps! I love the fact that it is vegan as well. The recycled aluminum container has a quality feel to it and I feel it keeps the pills from sticking to each other because I've always had that problem with other brand supplements in plastic bottles.

I do see a slight improvement with my hair looking a little more shinier and skin is looking a little more better. I usually see these results with omega-3 so I'm glad. I just do wish that this product in particular had no carrageenan in it. It really could have done without it and I think this product would have been better without some of the unnecessary things it uses.
