I like that it contains 1470mg of Omega-3 in these vegan friendly, dairy free, ocean friendly, and contains no gluten in these capsules which make it allergy friendly. The omega source is from algae not fish oil which was a new concept for me. I am beyond happy to have found this plant-based omega-3 source: it has no weird aftertaste (that almost always turns up with fish supplements) and it is not harming our overfished fish population. I try to cut out animal products when possible and this is an excellent example of how I can now do while still getting my omega boost. I will buy again.

This is a good product that supports both the eyes and the heart. The pill I just took is not as big as other types and especially it doesn't smell fishy.

I take vitamins but I have always heard about the benefits of taking Omega supplements. I found these very easy to take. The capsules are pretty average size (I struggle with huge pills/capsules) and they didn't have any specifically strong scent or taste. If you take things like Valerian Root you know how much harder it is to take a supplement that smells and tastes like feet. Lol. Overall very easy to take. In the sense of health improvement I cannot really say I noticed any difference but I do not think you do with most of these supplements. I would recommend it if you're looking for a way to add Omega supplements to your daily well-being routine.
