For some reason I noticed my nails grow so fast with this too. The pills is not that big compared to others. Easy to swallow. So glad that I give it a try. I would recommend this brand to everyone that want to start trying omega-3

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I try to take omega-3s daily, but usually it is a fish-based supplement - simply because those are easiest to find. I am beyond happy to have found this plant-based omega-3 source: it has no weird aftertaste (that almost always turns up with fish supplements) and it is not harming our overfished fish population. I try to cut out animal products when possible and this is an excellent example of how I can now do while still getting my omega boost. I will buy again.

I take mine after my breakfast in the morning and I take the two softgels as per label notes. I love that they have a light algae scent almost neutral. Size of softgels is good also they are smaller compared to the fish ones I take.

I think that might be due to the fact that they use plant based omegas for this so no fish are harmed. I do not know if they have done anything yet but I will continue to use them for my brain, eye, and heart health.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I take 2 capsules per day of Omega 3, typically I favor products with more DHA which means this Youtheory Ocean Friendly Omega fits right in. I have found that this product essentially eliminates my fishy burps! It could be because there is a little less DHA and Omega 3 than I'm used to taking, but I tried with 3 capsules per day with similar results. I would definitely buy this again!
