I do see a slight improvement with my hair looking a little more shinier and skin is looking a little more better. I usually see these results with omega-3 so I'm glad. I just do wish that this product in particular had no carrageenan in it. It really could have done without it and I think this product would have been better without some of the unnecessary things it uses.

Normally taking an omega supplement makes me have bad burps, almost like a reflux reaction and the Youtheory brand has proven otherwise! There is also the decrease in brain fog I feel for a couple hours after taking it! Now this could just be me, but I feel so much more clear minded on days when I take this! When I found out that algae is a better source of Omega3, I was sold. That is the biggest upside. The biggest downside is the fishy smell. It is much stronger than my other fish-based Omega3! Good thing is that you cannot smell it when you take them. But when opening the bottle.. expect some strong smell. Overall, it is a clever product with obvious health benefits but just be ready that it will smell pretty fishy.
