I have been taking omega 3 fish oil for years and many brands leave that fishy aftertaste, I love that this brand is plant based source and ocean friendly, it doesn't leave a fishy aftertaste, even though the gel capsule is large it is easy to swallow (it is very difficult for me to swallow large capsules). I will definitely continue purchasing and would highly recommend them.

It's still too early to notice any effects, especially as it's a natural supplement, but its purpose is to help the health of the heart, brain and eyes. In addition, it's a vegan supplement derived from algae. With a clean and simple composition, it's ideal for meeting the daily need for omega 3. The concern for the packaging made from recyclable aluminum is commendable. Although the capsules aren't very small, I didn't have much trouble swallowing them as they are soft gel.
