YouTheory Ocean Friendly Omega seems like a good supplement that helps to support heart, eye and brain health. It does not have a weird taste or smell. It has not given me any bad side effects so far. I haven't seen any results since I've been taking it, so I can't say how truly effective it is.

Normally taking an omega supplement makes me have bad burps, almost like a reflux reaction and the Youtheory brand has proven otherwise! There is also the decrease in brain fog I feel for a couple hours after taking it! Now this could just be me, but I feel so much more clear minded on days when I take this! I have already recommended this to family and friends and will continue to take!

The omega is sourced from plants and not fish. It's also in a recyclable aluminum bottle that feels exactly like those ball aluminum cups. Super light and sustainable! The soft gels are large like other omega supplements, and taste slightly fishy to me, but they're soft and easy to swallow. For vegan omega, they seem very high quality and my stomach is able to handle them really well! I would definitely recommend this product to friends for being climate friendly in its packaging and fish-friendly. I received this product in return for my honest review.

I've been taking their omega softgels and have been enjoying them! I really like that these are a plant-based option, derived from algae grown in a safe sustainable way. I like that taking these means that you are saving lots of fish and sharks from being caught for making Fish-oil supplements. I've taken other fish oil supplements before, but they have given me some unpleasant side effects. Sometimes they would make me burp up a fishy taste that I didn't enjoy, but I don't experience that with the youtherory softgels since they're plant based! They are pretty large, which is typical with most omega supplements, but because they're so smooth they're very easy to take, and they don't cause me any discomfort. I love that these help support, heart, health, brain health, and your eye health among other things. I also really enjoy the packaging is made from aluminum, so it's recyclable! That is rare amongst any supplements I've purchased, as most of them are packaged in plastic containers.

This container comes with 60 soft gel pills you take only twice daily. I usually do morning and night. I'm so impressed with the youtheory fish oil brand that I plan on putting my entire family onto it! It's changed how I feel overall in my time taking it. Omega-3 founds in fish oil and certain plant sources. This is my first time trying plant based one. It doesn't have strong fishy smells and size is normal for swallowing. I'll keep finishing it.
