I've been taking Ocean Friendly Omega-3 supplements twice a day as a recommended dose for about 2 weeks now. I usually take the red pills but I find these to be easier to swallow. I haven't noticed a big difference yet but it's only been 2 weeks. I love that vegan and I am excited to continue to take them.

The softgel doesn't have any oil around it, or any strong oil smell. I have the supplement for over 2 weeks and feel healthier. Also, after took them , I doesn't have and stomach issues or anything. I've had more brain/ mental clarity and there is no gross fishy taste. My only downside is that these pills are pretty large and the serving size is two pills. In the past, I've taken only one pill slightly larger than one of the youtheory pills and it has more milligrams of omegas than two of the youtheory pills. I guess it just depends on your preference!
