This container comes with 60 soft gel pills you take only twice daily. I usually do morning and night. I'm so impressed with the youtheory fish oil brand that I plan on putting my entire family onto it! It's changed how I feel overall in my time taking it. I recommend you try it and see what you think! The only thing I'd suggest is offering it in a bigger format versus a 30 day supply. Softgels are large in size so may be an issue for some if they have hard time taking pills or swallowing so be careful. I experienced no side effects. Instructions are to take 2 softgels daily.
