I've been taking this omega supplement for a couple weeks now and feel great! Doesn't have any weird aftertaste or burps like some others do.

I am ecstatic that Youtheory Omega uses an ocean-friendly formula because that means 1) no more fishy tasting capsules/fishy aftertaste and 2) marine life isn't harvested. Its important to get enough DHA/EPA so our bodies brain, eye, and heart function in a healthy manner. They found a way to supply DHA/EPA without harvesting marine life and I am all for it. They use algae oil using fermentation that doesn't involve harvesting marine life. The formula is vegan with no taste or scent! Its wonderful to be free of the fishy aftertaste most omega-3 formulas are guilty of having. I appreciate that the softgels are easy to take, they don't get stuck in your throat as you swallow. Simply pop 2 softgels daily and you are covered on your daily Omega-3 needs. I like that they use recyclable aluminum since it can be recycled over and over. The packaging for the softgels is easy to recycle, no need to dismantle things and separate it into parts. I am happy with this supplement and will purchase once I run out!

I have been using it now for 3 weeks. First of all I love the proper bill size where I just swallow it without any effort, and even without water. Compared to the normal Omega oil bills, Its smaller, AND Unlike some traditional fish oil supplements that leave a lingering and unpleasant aftertaste, Ocean-Friendly Omega is gentle on the palate. This is a game-changer for anyone who has hesitated to take omega-3s in the past due to concerns about fishy burps. I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall well-being since started Ocean-Friendly Omega. My skin feels healthier, and I've noticed a slight boost in cognitive function. I have been taking these for two weeks now and I feel good. I find it no different from any other Omega but I was happy to have experience it myself.
