These capsules are made from farmed algae, it contains some additional vitamin E and it comes in a recyclable aluminum bottle. I already take their collagen which I'm a huge fan of ,so I was glad to give the omega 3 a try.I will be purchasing this product as a part of my vitamin collection. Ive recommended to my family and friends

Algae is a superfood which I have included in my diet a long time ago, because is heavy metal and contaminant free plant, comparing to other products from the sea. It's hard to judge the effectiveness of supplements, I haven't completed the whole bottle yet, but I haven't noticed any difference before taking them, maybe it's because I was taking other omega supplements before.
