I love that it does not have any fishy taste, easy digested and also with lots of health benefits. I feel safe taking it knowing that there is no danger of getting any mercury that it might be present while using fish oil. Feel healthy and energetic and would recommend to anyone looking for a great supplement that cares about the health of the people and care of our ecosystem.

When I found out that algae is a better source of Omega3, I was sold. That is the biggest upside. The biggest downside is the fishy smell. It is much stronger than my other fish-based Omega3! Good thing is that you cannot smell it when you take them. But when opening the bottle.. expect some strong smell. Overall, it is a clever product with obvious health benefits but just be ready that it will smell pretty fishy.

I am taking it and I like it, the fact that omega 3 is extracted from seaweed fascinates me because apart from that I am a fan of eating seaweed, I drink seaweed soup and I love it. excellent resource for vegans, eco friendly, dairy-free soy-free I love it. This product is very healthy and multi-beneficial, I recommend it 100%. I like the packaging because it is not plastic but aluminum and I can reuse it when I run out of my vitamins.

Some other brands for Omega 3 leave me feeling burpy and gross after taking it but I can safely say that Youtheory's Ocean-Friendly Omega did not. My only complaint is that I don't like having to take multiple pills for the same thing. I wish it was just one bigger pill, but other than that, I enjoyed trying out this product and would buy it again!
