I've been taking two capsules a day for about a week now and it's easy to take down and I have no complaints! It's hard to find vegan-friendly products, especially omega 3 vitamins so that's my favorite thing about these. However, I'm not too sure if I feel any different after taking them, or if I should even feel a difference.

There isn't much of a smell to them and you don't get that fishy aftertaste like some fish oils. YouTheory constantly impresses me with the products they release and this is just another one that will improve my daily life!

The softgels are reasonable in size and slide down without issue .These are a great product and the only brand that I will purchase. There is no burning with a nasty fish taste

I've been using You Theory Ocean-Friendly Omega-3 for several weeks now and am pleased with the product. First, the size of the capsules is just right. Although you need to take 2 softgels to meet the recommended dose, they are slimmer than other I've used and aren't so large that it's uncomfortable to take. Second, my favorite part about these is that there's no fishy aftertaste! One thing I hate about most of the Omega-3 capsules is that they leave a gross aftertaste or cause me to burp up a fish taste for the rest of the day. The algae oil that's used for these has no such taste. While it's too soon to see how this has impacted my HDL levels, I will continue to buy these simply for the fact that they're more pleasant to take than others I've tried.

I take omega-3 supplement regularly and I have to say I don't like the aftertaste smelling of fish. So I was surprised knowing this product is made of algal oil instead. There is one thing about fish that I didn't think about before, until I came across this fact on Theory website, which is fish can be contaminated with pollutants. It is possibly true in today world. Therefore, to get the same health benefits of omega-3 without consuming products made of fish, to me, is a great alternative and I definitely will be purchasing this product for my daily supplement intake.
