This is easy to take. I noticed it helped my skin's hydration especially now in this cold weather. It would definitely recommend it.

The bottle is recyclable aluminum to keep the pill from the light, oxygen and probably last longer. The soft gel is a little smaller, not too thick like other brands that help swallow easier.
