While the levels of DHA and EPA are on the average to lower side of the scale, I really appreciated the lack of fishy aftertaste. The softgels are still a bit too large for my taste, so hopefully they will come out with a gummy/chewable version soon.

And although I prefer gummies, these gel capsules were surprisingly easy to swallow. The aluminum bottle is also très cool. I am so using it as a mini drink container after all my capsules are gone!

Great option for those who want a fish-free option (fish oil, of course, requires removal of fish from the ocean/fish farm), but growing algae is a great (and sustainable) way to avoid depleting fish populations. Another benefit is the recyclable aluminum bottle. This doesn't, however, have as high levels of EPA (this has higher levels of DHA). While I like the size of the pill, I do not like that serving size is two capsules (vs 1).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually take 2 caps of youtheory Omega 3 in the morning, the caps are in a good size which make it easy to swallow. I also like it because there is no taste or smell at all. It's is made of algae oil, so it is an excellent option for vegans.

I take vitamins but I have always heard about the benefits of taking Omega supplements. I found these very easy to take. The capsules are pretty average size (I struggle with huge pills/capsules) and they didn't have any specifically strong scent or taste. If you take things like Valerian Root you know how much harder it is to take a supplement that smells and tastes like feet. Lol. Overall very easy to take. In the sense of health improvement I cannot really say I noticed any difference but I do not think you do with most of these supplements. I would recommend it if you're looking for a way to add Omega supplements to your daily well-being routine.
