This is a fish-free omega 3 supplement that is made with algae while still providing the well-known benefits of omega 3s. They're easy to take and don't taste too bad. The pill is big also and it was kinda uncomfortable for me to swallow. It was supposed to make me mental sharper yet I still felt brain fog during the day. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Average size but go down easily. I like the aluminum looking packaging. In my opinion it works just as good as any other brand I've tried. Perfect if you don't consume fish or omega 3 foods.
