I really like the fact that when the gelatin dissolves taste that strong fishy flavor. Taking my fish oil vitamins daily is very important due to my family having high risk of heart failure/disease. Prevention is always better than trying to heal an ailment. My aunt also recently died from brain cancer. Since starting this product, I've noticed that midday brain fog dissipate. I also suffer from a stigmatism and wine glasses, my whole life, so my vision is very important. Where products I take daily sourced is very important to me.
