After taking it for a week, I feel better. My mind is more clear and I feel more agile. The only complaint is the bottle is small. It has only 30 soft gels so can only last for 15 takings if you take 2 soft gels per time

These pills also do not have that fishy flavor that others do which is a major plus! Definitely a must have in my opinion I will continue to use this omega by Youtheory. I hate the fishy taste or even the fishy burps Omega supplements sometimes cause so I was happy to find one to find one that did not cause that. I typically have skin on the dryer side, but my skin has been glowing and less dry since starting this supplement. I highly recommend it, if you are looking for a Omega that isn't gross. Its important to get enough DHA/EPA so our bodies brain, eye, and heart functions in a healthy manner. I took 2 softgels a day for 3 weeks and although I don't notice anything different I know I'm helping my body be at its best. Anything I can do to be healthy and live longer I will do and Youtheory's Omega softgels helps me reach those goals.
