I love this supplement because the pills do not have a taste & this formulation didn't give you fishy burps. I also love that they consider the environment. Their algal oil is derived from algae grown in controlled land-based systems using fermentation, without harvesting marine life. This way, you can get your essential fatty acids without harming the ocean. I'd highly recommend!

What is amazing though are the capsules themselves. They don't taste gross! Most Omega-3 supplements are either synthetic tasting, fishy tasting, or both. These are neither, they go down easy, and that's honestly the #1 impediment to taking supplements regularly.

And although I prefer gummies, these gel capsules were surprisingly easy to swallow. The aluminum bottle is also très cool. I am so using it as a mini drink container after all my capsules are gone!

So it's smaller size and more benefits! I like that it's easier to swallow and doesn't give me any fishy after taste or burps. The only downside is that the coating tastes a bit funny on the tongue.
