[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually take 2 caps of youtheory Omega 3 in the morning, the caps are in a good size which make it easy to swallow. I also like it because there is no taste or smell at all. It's is made of algae oil, so it is an excellent option for vegans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not too sure if this product have any side effects. I take many vitamins so I am not sure how long it needs to be taken to see results. I have been taking these for two weeks now and I feel good. I find it no different from any other Omega but I was happy to have experience it myself. I would recommend it just for the fact of taking daily omega is needed for the body but I like that these are organic so no lots of other ingredients.

Omega 3 pills tend to be on the larger size and these are no different. However, I have no issues swallowing pills and enjoyed taking these! Only downside is I could see someone that struggles with swallowing pills these might be too big.

The softgels are not too large, fairly easy to swallow as I'm not big on pills. This product has a very generous portion of omega 3 and all the good health benefits that come with it for brain, eye health. The only down side to this product is that there's only 60 in the box. I wish there was a mega size bottle to last longer.

I feel a tremendous change when it comes down to my eye health it supports my eyes in very beneficial ways. Example my eyes are not strained so much I don't have any soreness I have less headaches and my heart feels good. The only side effect I've gotten from taking this supplement is the burping that taste like fish a little bit but it doesn't causes fish breath.

Didn't give me any bad side effects so far and it is also vegan & sustainable. Haven't seen much results since I've been taking for a couple days so can't say how effective it is. But it does contain carrageenan which i try 5o avoid.
