When I found out that algae is a better source of Omega3, I was sold. That is the biggest upside. The biggest downside is the fishy smell. It is much stronger than my other fish-based Omega3! Good thing is that you cannot smell it when you take them. But when opening the bottle.. expect some strong smell. Overall, it is a clever product with obvious health benefits but just be ready that it will smell pretty fishy.
