Omegas are so good for your brain, heart and eyes and by taking this supplement I feel like I am helping my body in a natural way. The softgels are not too large, fairly easy to swallow as I'm not big on pills. This product has a very generous portion of omega 3 and all the good health benefits that come with it for brain, eye health. The only down side to this product is that there's only 60 in the box. I wish there was a mega size bottle to last longer.

The packaging is so innovative, It is almost a metal alloy of some type. They are gel caps so they go down smooth and easy. I took two once a day as instructed by the package. I am leaving this review after taking them for 5 days. Here is my testimony: Day 1: Did not see a difference. Day 2: I woke up feeling clear-headed headed almost like I had enough brain power to knock out my to-do list. Day 3: Wow! I am amazed how in such a short amount of time I was able to get all of my yard work done. I had so much energy. Day 4: No more grogginess in the morning, I hopped straight out of bed. This brand and type are soft gels and very easy to swallow. I never have an issue with fishy burps and feel more energized and my skin has been glowing since I've been using these supplements.
