I've tried many brands and I'm quite fond of Youtheory Ocean-Friendly Omega because: - First, the bottle size is compact, sturdy, and convenient. The packaging is minimalist but still has the brand's characteristics. - The capsule size is smaller than regular fish oil capsules. This makes it easier for me to swallow. - The thin shell is not chewy, does not have an unpleasant fishy smell like previous fish oil products. - Vegan ingredients - Gluten-free, Soy-free, and Dairy-free - Cleaner, safer. - Surprisingly, this is an Omega product but it is made from algal oil, not fish oil. According to information posted on Theory's website, fish can be contaminated with pollutants such as mercury and PCBs that are harmful to humans... this makes me very sympathetic because it is completely true to the current state of the world today. I was already a fan of Youtheory Collagen and now I've added Omega, I'll definitely buy it again many times and I'll try more vitamins from the brand.

I have a connective tissue disorder, so joint health and cardiovascular health is very important to me. I feel fantastic when taking these as part of my wellness routine. I am taking it and I like it, the fact that omega 3 is extracted from seaweed fascinates me because apart from that I am a fan of eating seaweed, I drink seaweed soup and I love it. excellent resource for vegans, eco friendly, dairy-free soy-free I love it. This product is very healthy and multi-beneficial, I recommend it 100%. I like the packaging because it is not plastic but aluminum and I can reuse it when I run out of my vitamins.

These capsules are made from farmed algae, it contains some additional vitamin E and it comes in a recyclable aluminum bottle. I already take their collagen which I'm a huge fan of ,so I was glad to give the omega 3 a try.I will be purchasing this product as a part of my vitamin collection. It is very difficult to find a capsule omega product that doesn't contain fish or is vegan. The soft gels are small and easy to swallow, and there's no bad taste or fish smells. I would definitely purchase this again because I like that it's also in a recyclable bottle. I would definitely recommend this Prague for anybody who is looking for something that's gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan. Definitely check this out for your essential fatty acids.
