Everything just goes straight into the canister - very easy to maneuver, glides over carpet - auto changes for floor height - LED headlights to see all the debris - odor pods are a nice bonus - picked up debris my Dyson left behind! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been testing the Shark Detect Pro Lift-Away vacuum for a few weeks now, and I have to say - this might be the most impressive vacuum I've ever used. The suction power is absolutely insane - it picked up stuff from my carpets that I swear was woven into the fibers. The DuoClean technology really works, seamlessly transitioning from hard floors to thick rugs without missing a beat. What really surprised me was the anti-allergen system. As someone who usually sneezes through the entire cleaning process, I noticed a real difference in air quality after using this. The sealed system actually works - no more dust clouds when emptying the bin. The Lift-Away feature has been a game changer for stairs and furniture. It's surprisingly lightweight when detached, making those awkward above-your-head cleans much easier. Maintenance is a breeze too - the self-cleaning brush roll actually works (goodbye scissors and hair-wrapped rollers!), and the bagless design saves money in the long run. Is it perfect? Well, it's still a vacuum - so no, cleaning isn't suddenly fun. But it's close. The only real downside is the price tag, but considering how well it works and how much time it saves me, I'd say it's worth every penny.

Picks up animal hair with ease and ZERO hair wrapped up in the bottom! I have long hair and I always have to cut it out of the bottom rollers in my Dyson.. It drives me crazy. I have used this Shark a handful of times now and have had zero issues. That alone is reason for me to never look back! I love the lights, how easy it is to empty, the attachments.. Just all around an amazing vacuum. I would 100% repurchase and recommend to anyone, especially those who feel like they’re drowning in dog hair. Awesome job, Shark!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best in class, powerful suction and suitable for longer clean up jobs. Convenience of a stick vacuum without the worry of battery running out! It's bagless too, makes it easier to empty out. The lift-away pod is a nice feature, easily reach ceilings too for quick cleaning. The odor neutralizer suppresses any dust smell without spreading. The self cleaning brush roll leaves no tangled mess and very easy to operate. The edge detect and direction detect works well. Very easy to clean heavy carpets. Floor detect helps to seamlessly switch between hardwood and carpets. My only negative would be that the lift away pod might feel a little heavy in the hand for longer cleaning. But it can be easily overlooked with the powerful cleaning you are getting. Definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this vacuum and immediately put it to use. It was easy to put together and figure out how to operate. It is GREAT for pet hair/odors! It cleaned my carpets really well as well as my wood stairs and wood floors. My only complaint is it’s very heavy/bulky! You can detach the canister to get to harder to reach areas with the specified nozzles, but it is on the heavier side. It is a very powerful efficient vacuum I think I just prefer my Dyson stick for quicker vacuums since it’s cordless and lightweight. I will use this more for weekly cleanings and tougher messes. If you’re looking for a great heavy duty vacuum for pet hair/smells then this is perfect!

The DuoClean and Detect features are a game-changer—I can actually see how much it's grabbing off the floors. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and the canister lifts off for stairs and tight spots, which makes cleaning way less of a chore. Definitely a solid 5 stars from me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow wow wow. Let me start off by saying I am the ultimate clean freak and this vacuum has put me to SHAME. I normally use the Dyson stick vacuum which picks up most things on the hard surfaces-but the carpets? I mean look at the photos. It’s been like 5 days since I vacuumed the carpets and that’s what came out of them. I’ve been humbled. Some huge downsides is the wire of course but the suction power is worth it. Easy disposal of the debris. The other attachments like the blinds and fan blade attachments are superb. Don’t even get me started on the light. I vacuumed in the dark just for the fun of it and I feel like i found even more crumbs than with the lights on!! Needless to say, I am very pleased. Would highly recommend if you don’t mind the wire.

To start, it was very easy to put together, just click a few pieces together and your ready to go. When vacuuming, it has a sensor to automatically detect what type of surface you are on and if it is dirty to boost the cleaning power. I found that it worked well when switching between hard floors to carpet and to a thin rug. It leaves a scent that makes the room smell clean. It comes with a few tools to help clean. It also lifts off the base to help clean stairs. It has great suction.

Assembling this vacuum was simple and within a few minutes it was ready to go. This vacuum comes with 3 attachments including a crevice tool, pet multi-tool and the anti-allergen dust brush. It also comes with an odor neutralizer cartridge to guard against odors inside the vacuum. I vacuum my home daily as I have children, two cats and a dog. I continue to be amazed with how much pet hair and debris is collected in the canister. The suction power on this vacuum is incredible, it is super powerful! I also like how quiet it is. This vacuum is equipped with the DuoClean detect system which includes two brushrolls and various sensors allowing it to detect hidden dirt and boost the suction power and brushroll speed. It also automatically increases the suction power when you are near an edge or corners. I have various types of flooring in my home including hardwood floors, vinyl flooring, carpet and area rugs. This vacuum can automatically detect which type of flooring it is on and adjusts accordingly. It works great on all my flooring types. I love the lift away feature as it makes cleaning steps, furniture and all the hard to reach areas super simple! The vacuum is lightweight which makes it easier carrying up and down multiple levels in my home. I have owned multiple vacuums over the years and this one has quickly become my favorite. If you are looking for a high quality vacuum that has it all, I highly recommend this one by Shark!
