Everything just goes straight into the canister - very easy to maneuver, glides over carpet - auto changes for floor height - LED headlights to see all the debris - odor pods are a nice bonus - picked up debris my Dyson left behind! Insane suction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is really good. I've been using it for a while now, and it has made cleaning my home so much easier. The suction is really strong and picks up everything from dust to pet hair without a problem. I love how it adapts to different surfaces and boosts power when needed. I also really like how versatile it is, and the attachments are a huge plus. The pet tool is great for furniture and stairs, and the detachable hose makes it easy to dust blinds and get into tight corners. The handle adjusts, too, so I can customize the length depending on what I’m cleaning. Overall, this is a great vacuum, especially for houses with pets.

I've had this vac for about 3 weeks now. It is sooo much later than my last Shark vac, which in my mind is a plus. I love the boost, and how it focuses on the corner you happen to be in at the moment and the suction is amazing. Easy to put together easy to use. There is a lift away button and a hose release as well.

This was my 4th Shark purchase and I've loved every product. The Detect Pro is amazing and my favorite upright vacuum so far. Great suction, I love the automatic floor type detect feature, and the lights are amazingly bright on this one. I always recommend people to get one with powerfins, they do not hold on to strings and hair like the brush roll does. Great vacuum, hopefully the upgraded tech lasts a long time.

I like and don't like .Like the suction power but made mistake on lift away can't get under my bed

I have now had my upright detect pro for about a month now and I absolutely love this vacuum! I have owned a few shark vacuums before this one , the vortex, the rocket they have been great vacuums and have lasted for a long time especially at times with having 5 dogs,3 Cats and 3 Birds… I do a lot of rescue and with that comes a lot of hair and dander… This vacuum blows all of the others away! The strength is unmatched! Only thing I regret is that it didn't come with all of the attachments… I would've liked to have tried them out and reviewed them as well, but as far as this vacuum goes, hands Down my absolute favorite and I am definitely so so impressed with everything about! *****

I love shark vacuum but not crazy about this one that I need to switch a bitty for floor to carpet to tools I would return it
