We've owned at least 4 shark vacuums, while this one works great, they seemed to have shortened the cord significantly!! It makes things really inconvenient.

I have had this vacuum for three months now and can honestly say that I love it. When I tell you it gets every piece of dog hair from my carpet, and with ease. I'd recommend this vacuum over and over again.

Gets stuck on all of my area rugs and small rugs bc it has too much suction. I tried every setting for carpet or bare floor and even the detect setting gets stuck and can't push vac on small rugs which i have many of

this vacuum is everything I saw on the tv ad. Best vacuum yet. This is my 3rd shark vacuum, other two my kids are still using. I'll buy another one in 6or 7 years. they're just a very good affordable vacuum with great features. Dave Petrat

I bought this shark az4002 about a month ago. I absolutely love it! But the reason for four stars is the hose itself is so short that when you take the canister off the front of the unit to vacuum under the bed you have to lay the canister on its side because it falls down. And if you take the canister off to suck something in a corner up the unit Falls over on you. It's whacked my ankle several times when I'm vacuuming under the bed because the hose pulls the canister. And I've also whacked my head with the wand still attached to the unit when I try to suck something up with the end of the hose because it pulls it over also. That's the only thing I think I would change about this vacuum. And they do not make a longer replacement hose. I sure wish they did! Thanks, Gretchen

Finally, A Vac that actually picks up all the dirt and debris that other popular brands have left behind! It is Amazing! It cleans with easy and precision. The Tool makes for a quick & easy cleanup! I Highly Recommend this Vac!!! I could've saved thousands I've spent on duds! Thanks, Shark Ninja!

I like the vacuum. It works well. The thing I like the least is that my area rugs get sucked into the brush roller even if I switch on the bare floor setting. My last shark handled the rugs with no problems. This sweeper may have more power or maybe it's the 2 rollers that causes it but it's not a deal breaker. I just wish it didn't pull them up. Other than that, it works well. I like it a lot.

Never met a shark I didn't love. But I sick over this one and have done away with box. I thought lift away was complete lift away and that's what I really thought I was buying my Mom also got one because we had been wanting a lift away this makes 5 Sharks and your latest Shampoo also let Mom use and she also has the shampoo machine around here I'm known as the shark lady and before long I will get the LIFT AWAY. Great suction on the machine no hair to clean ease of use like I said I LOVE all my SHarks

Super suction is the dominant factor in this review. Sometimes overpowering on smaller things like bathroom rugs, and loose rugs. Not sure how best to control it. I love that it can adjust itself from hard floors to low pile and thick rugs all on it's own. This is my third Lift Away Shark vacuum so I definitely recommend them. Someday I hope I can get the one that turns the canister vacuum into a stick vacuum to get underneath all my couches, etc.

The cord is so rigid it won't roll up and it gets hung on things and constantly trips me. Won't lay flat on the floor. It is also shorter than my other 2 Shark vacuums. The roller bar on this one is very loud too and sounds like something could be wrong, but I just opened it and used it for about an hour with no change.
