It's bagless too, makes it easier to empty out. The lift-away pod is a nice feature, easily reach ceilings too for quick cleaning. The odor neutralizer suppresses any dust smell without spreading. The self cleaning brush roll leaves no tangled mess and very easy to operate. The edge detect and direction detect works well. Very easy to clean heavy carpets. Floor detect helps to seamlessly switch between hardwood and carpets. My only negative would be that the lift away pod might feel a little heavy in the hand for longer cleaning. But it can be easily overlooked with the powerful cleaning you are getting. Definitely recommend it.

Picks up animal hair with ease and ZERO hair wrapped up in the bottom! I have long hair and I always have to cut it out of the bottom rollers in my Dyson.. It drives me crazy. I have used this Shark a handful of times now and have had zero issues. That alone is reason for me to never look back! I love the lights, how easy it is to empty, the attachments.. Just all around an amazing vacuum. I would 100% repurchase and recommend to anyone, especially those who feel like they’re drowning in dog hair. Awesome job, Shark!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this Shark Detect Pro for a bit now, and wow — it’s made cleaning fun. First off, the suction power on the wand is no joke!! It easily grabs dirt from tight corners and even lifts up stuff I didn’t know was there. The main vacuum head actually pivots which I thought was pretty cool. It makes steering around furniture way smoother. It's on the heavier side, but the handle is perfectly placed so picking it up isn’t a struggle. The attachments do their job well, although snapping them on and off can take a little tut. Another thing I appreciate is the long cord. I can zip through several rooms without hunting for a new outlet. Emptying the dust container was super straightforward too — pop it off, dump it out, done. One feature that surprised me is the built-in light. It actually shows you all the debris being sucked up. Honestly, I’m most excited to take this out to my car. With how powerful that wand suction is I can see it cleaning the tight spaces so good!

It works great for all of them with the different settings and attachments. It isn't too loud. It rolls really well and you can maneuver it easily. I love that there is a light so you can see in dimmer areas. It has a very large collection bin that is easy to remove and empty. The only thing I wish this product had would be a retractable cord. It is a little annoying to have to wrap it up every time.

The detachable hose and accessories allows you to dust furniture and blinds as well as clean other items such as sofas. The vacuum itself has multiple settings. There is a cool knob you can use to change the flooring type or you can leave it on automatic. When it goes over carpet the vacuum really propels forward- you need to be strong to hold on to it. There’s also a cleanliness indicator. If the vacuum senses a lot of of dirt, it turns to boost (purple circles). There are side sensors when it knows the vacuum is up against something. There are so many cool features. My dad was visiting when this arrived and he’s now interested in getting one!

It’s quiet!’ He’s right. It does smell good, but not strong. The odor neutralizer is a very nice touch if you have pets. Our pets aren’t smelly, but they do shed a lot and the overall neutral smell this leaves behind is great. It’s got the light on it, which is nice. It’s very smooth and easily transitions between carpet, rugs and hardwood floors. It feels lightweight but is hefty with debris pickup. The color is pretty, green but still neutral. I’ve used 2/3 detachments and have to say the dust remover is my absolute favorite. It’s sleek, easy to assemble, and picks up dirt and debris my other vacuum left behind. Very happy with Shark products!

I used this vacuum as soon as I received it and it was definitely an upgrade from my old shark vacuum. It is more portable than the old one I have which is a plus. Not too loud. I can also tell that it filters dirt so you can be sure that no dust gets out of vacuum. This vacuum is very well recommended
