Great suction

Heavier than expected. More effort to push. Need to step on base to get handle to vacuum position.

Love my shark

It's lighter than my old shark, and has more power. Really love it except it doesn't have a light on the wand like my old shark.

Automatic detect

As always Shark delivers a great vacuum! We love it. Works so well on detecting what type of floor we are on. Also really like the edge detect.

Not good

This vacuum is great as the suction but can't take the whole attachment off so you can clean under beds and couches I'm very disappointed

Hi Rosa, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when you’re unable to clean under beds and couches as expected. This vacuum does have a Lift-Away mode that makes it easier to reach those areas. To use it, release the power cord by turning the top cord hook downward, step on the Lift-Away® pedal on the side of the pod to detach the pod from the nozzle, then lift off the pod by pulling up on the dust cup handle. You can attach a cleaning accessory to either the handle or the end of the wand for more flexibility. If you’d like additional tips or assistance, please give us a call at 1-855-427-5127. I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! It works great. I love that it can be a handheld or a full vacuum. Really gets all the spots! Def would recommend this vacuum. It’s also pretty small so it can be stored

LOVE THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY THIS VACUUM PICK UP DUST YOU DIDN'T KNOW YOU HAD. THE DUST WAS (SCARY). LOVE THE WAY IT TAKE THE DUST OFF THE CEILING FANS WOW. LIKE THE LIKE WEIGHT.EASY TO ROLL. BEST VACCUM EVER

great suction

I've had this vacuum for 3 weeks . Love it ! Excellent power, picks up dirt close to walls, super light weight, love the color and I love how it detects dirt moving from hard to carpet. It's a bit loud, sounds like a tracker??
