It cleaned my carpets really well as well as my wood stairs and wood floors. My only complaint is it’s very heavy/bulky! You can detach the canister to get to harder to reach areas with the specified nozzles, but it is on the heavier side. It is a very powerful efficient vacuum I think I just prefer my Dyson stick for quicker vacuums since it’s cordless and lightweight. I will use this more for weekly cleanings and tougher messes. If you’re looking for a great heavy duty vacuum for pet hair/smells then this is perfect!

I was shocked to see what my old vacuum was not picking up after one use of this vacuum. The detachable pod makes this vaccum easy to maneuver around. I love the anti-allergan complete seal with the HEPA filtration seals that trap all of the dust, dander, and allergens inside the vacuum.

I found that it worked well when switching between hard floors to carpet and to a thin rug. It leaves a scent that makes the room smell clean. It comes with a few tools to help clean. It also lifts off the base to help clean stairs. I love this vacuum cleaner it's the best one !!!

Assembling this vacuum was simple and within a few minutes it was ready to go. This vacuum comes with 3 attachments including a crevice tool, pet multi-tool and the anti-allergen dust brush. It also comes with an odor neutralizer cartridge to guard against odors inside the vacuum. I vacuum my home daily as I have children, two cats and a dog. I continue to be amazed with how much pet hair and debris is collected in the canister. The suction power on this vacuum is incredible, it is super powerful! I also like how quiet it is. This vacuum is equipped with the DuoClean detect system which includes two brushrolls and various sensors allowing it to detect hidden dirt and boost the suction power and brushroll speed. It also automatically increases the suction power when you are near an edge or corners. I have various types of flooring in my home including hardwood floors, vinyl flooring, carpet and area rugs. This vacuum can automatically detect which type of flooring it is on and adjusts accordingly. It works great on all my flooring types. I love the lift away feature as it makes cleaning steps, furniture and all the hard to reach areas super simple! The vacuum is lightweight which makes it easier carrying up and down multiple levels in my home. I have owned multiple vacuums over the years and this one has quickly become my favorite. It has automatic settings to detect when you go from hardwood floor to carpet that has a low hum, so it does not scare my cat and dog like my other vacuum did it is so easy to empty in the container. This might be the best vacuum I’ve ever owned..

We have a robot vacuum that runs a few times a week and this thing still pulled up a ton of dirt and hair. The auto detect works very well and does a great job of concentrating the power to get the dirt against walls and baseboards. Has a nice fragrant scent thanks to the scent booster which leaves a professional clean smell behind. Easy to maneuver and love that it has the lift away option with the wand. Great attachments for the wand help to clean everywhere including ceiling fans. Honestly blows the competition away. Pup approved!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all I have to start that I’m a big fan of cordless stick vacuums. I haven’t used the bulky corded one in a while and when I tried this Shark I remembered immediately why. I think it’s really nice vacuum if you don’t mind to push big and heavy corded vacuum. I have to say on the carpet it rolls on its own so it’s easy, no pushing required. Overall I have to say for how big it looks it was pretty easy to maneuver despite you have to keep attention to the cord. But still after 5 minutes of vacuuming my lower back was hurting. And while cord is long I pulled it out of the outlet twice. The cord feels a bit stiff but has pretty good length. I like that it has floor detect technology but you can also choose the surface manually from hard floor to thin and thick carpet. I really like it because you don’t have to change the brush for different type of floors. It also has odor neutralizer which smells very nice. I like that you can store cord on the vacuum together with all of the attachments. It has crevice roll and brush for stairs. One con for me because the brush and dust collector are so big and bulky it can’t get under high furniture like my stick vacuum does. I will use it for heavy duty job but it’s too bulky for me for touch ups. Overall I have impression that it’s very durable vacuum with medium noise level.
