Have yet to fully test but here is my impression so far: • The function of floor IQ is somehow lacking upon first use. I had to simply change the level to max to fully get use...but that could have been a first time hiccup due to lack of full charge as the battery died soon after initial use. • The flashing charge indicator is annoying on many levels and unintuitive. • The dock LACKS any real storage and the docking system or way in which it docks is cumbersome at best... problematic at worst as I can see it being an issue that could cause product damage in the future with one wrong docking. • The clip on the vacuum is for ..?!? What exactly?!? There is literally no storage beyond the one attachment spot on the dock which is put in a daft place and NONE on the vacuum itself! This is absolutely nonsensical!!! All in all, for the price point...I'm NOT impressed as a LONG time and DEVOTE follower and user of all Shark/Ninja products.

I bought this vacuum a month ago. I had a Shark before for about 7 years that I loved. However I was looking for a cordless model because dealing with the cord had become difficult for me. I also wanted to vacuum my kitchen floor more frequently and it was just too much trouble to get out the corded vacuum. This new model was on sale and the reviews looked good. And I could return it to Sam's Club easily if I didn't like it. As it turns out I LOVE this vacuum. It is fun to use and the Auto Empty System is wonderful. One reviewer said it was hard to remove the collection system container. Not so. If you remove the tape that is holding the container in place during shipping, the container removes effortlessly. You will not regret buying this well-priced Shark cordless vacuum with a collection system.

The battery life is about 15 minutes, no matter what mode it's in. It does better on hard floors vs carpet. It's a little too long to do stairs comfortably. Just get a corded vac. I bought it while I was out of town and didn't get to really test it for about a month after I bought it, so I just kept it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using this for a month now, and it's a real poor vacuuming cleaner. It hardly sucks the dust, and after vacuuming many rooms including many rugs, it only have a cuple of dust inside its cup. When i use it it always goes into this lock so i always have to out my feet on to losen it so it can vacuum. Also it only vaccum cleans when you push it forwards, not backwards!! This is not worth the money!

This is a total design disaster. Every time I put the vacuum on the station to suck the dust out, there are debris blocking the vacuum's dust bin cap closing and leave the bin unsealed. You will see dust flying all over the place when you use the vacuum with the dust bin unsealed. Also the button to manually open the dust bin is sensitive(the bin is completely opened just with 1/3 push of the button) located at the extremely easy-to-be-pushed spot, so when you are unaware you will dump all the dust and debris on you and the floor when you are carrying the vacuum after the cleaning. This happened really many times and it is definitely from a stupid design work rather than just clumsy of me.

I love Shark vacuums and have used them for 20 years. The customer service is exceptional. Unfortunately this vacuum is not great. If you have a small home and only wood floors then it works. Or if you plan to only use it in the kitchen for quick, after meal cleanups. But, it only holds a tiny bit of debris before you have to go to the docking station to release the debris. So you will get 3 times the workout than you would with a regular vacuum. Also, after shampooing my carpets (with my shark shampooer that I love) I noticed that my carpets had a ton of dirt in them. So I don't think this does a great job on carpets. I will continue to use this vacuum in my kitchen and entry way. But for weekly, whole house cleaning and larger messes I am going back to my upright shark vacuum.

I bought this back in November 2024 and it is still going strong. I am able to vacuum 2500sqft + house all in one battery. I have two fur machines (Doberman and German shepherd) that make it so I need to vacuum 3 times a week to keep up with these two fur machines. I do have to empty the autocollection bin once a month. I do see some people complain about the suction going out, like when you vacuum up the edge of a rug all you have to do is turn it off and then just restart it.

Battery sucks.. doesn’t last 20 minutes … so it’s getting returned.

Mystery dust cup inside of the main dirt canister…. No way to clean that .Very annoying

Idea and execution of this vacuum makes a great tiol for cleaning. power and self clraning eork incredibly well. definitely recommend this item
