Jalapeños dried flakes is just as described. Definitely will work when fresh jalapeños are available where i live. The container contains more seeds than i was expecting, but have consider they didn't de-seed them.

Shelf stable heat to add to any dish. These flakes smell just like a jalapeno chips, and are a flavorful addition. The size of the container is a concern as it would take a very long time to finish. If you cook with jalapenos all the time and could find a use for this its a great buy.

This seasoning is great. First off I love Jalapeño anything. Fresh or dried. It has no sodium yet it makes a flavorful impact on my food. I really enjoy it.

My husband loves to add jalapenos to all his meals, when I discovered these it was wonderful because we run our of jalapenos often and now I can keep this in the cabinet for those instances! He love them! Although he says they could use MORE heat!

These Jalapeño Pepper Flakes are terrific. We put them in cornbread, eggs, sandwiches (spread Mayo on your bread and sprinkle on), bagels with cream cheese, beans, cooked in rice, on and on and on …. So many uses for these.

This pepper adds a lot of extra spicy flavor to any food you use it on. I used a spoon to fill a pepper shaker, then learned a lesson. This pepper does not come out of the shaker like ground black pepper does. Ground black pepper is granules, this pepper is a very tasty. Using it in a pepper shaker does make it easier to use.

Amazing. I made a loaf of bread, and this was way better than fresh jalapeños. I have sprinkled them on so many things. So worth it!
