When it comes to seasoning, this is a great add on to any dish. We put this seasoning in spaghetti, burgers, and chili. When tasting solo, the seasoning is very hot. After adding it to our dinner while cooking, it added a little bit of hotness but not overpowering.

Was excited to try this dehydrated jalepeno pepper out as im a big fan of incorporating some heat into my recipes but dont always have fresh peppers on hand (or if i do, they go bad too quickly). This is a large container which will last us a while but make adding pepper more accessible. Take note that it is heavily seeds, so a little goes a long way!! Especially important because it has both the shaker top and spoon access, so would suggest to use spoon to measure until you learn the heat index. Really excited to add this to my pantry staples.
