This seasoning is great. First off I love Jalapeño anything. Fresh or dried. It has no sodium yet it makes a flavorful impact on my food. I really enjoy it.

Was excited to try this dehydrated jalepeno pepper out as im a big fan of incorporating some heat into my recipes but dont always have fresh peppers on hand (or if i do, they go bad too quickly). This is a large container which will last us a while but make adding pepper more accessible. Take note that it is heavily seeds, so a little goes a long way!! Especially important because it has both the shaker top and spoon access, so would suggest to use spoon to measure until you learn the heat index. Really excited to add this to my pantry staples.
