This pepper adds a lot of extra spicy flavor to any food you use it on. I used a spoon to fill a pepper shaker, then learned a lesson. This pepper does not come out of the shaker like ground black pepper does. Ground black pepper is granules, this pepper is a very tasty. Using it in a pepper shaker does make it easier to use.

I love a good hint of spice, and tried cooking this with my marinated overnight chicken. I added it at the end so I wouldn't overwhelm my dish with spice . It was subtle and not too spicy. I really enjoyed it. For spice, it isn't like a ghost pepper, so I rated it a 4. I would definitely buy again

The Member's Mark Jalapeño Pepper Flakes have a great taste! You get 13oz of flakes in one bottle. The only ingredient listed is dried jalapeño pepper and it's zero calories. It has two separate ways to sprinkle or scoop on the lid. My husband loved this on his stir fry for an added kick!

This is amazing ! You can add it on top of pizza just like you would red pepper flakes ! I am planning on making a marinade for chicken wings to try . The possibilities are endless . Loaded fries or baked potatoes... Nice secret ingredient for the pantry

Was excited to try this dehydrated jalepeno pepper out as im a big fan of incorporating some heat into my recipes but dont always have fresh peppers on hand (or if i do, they go bad too quickly). This is a large container which will last us a while but make adding pepper more accessible. Take note that it is heavily seeds, so a little goes a long way!! Especially important because it has both the shaker top and spoon access, so would suggest to use spoon to measure until you learn the heat index. Really excited to add this to my pantry staples.

If you like spicy this is for you!! The jalapeño flavor is very prominent as well as the heat. My family likes a spicy dip so this was perfect for that. We also like the jalapeño flavor rather than with red pepper flakes. You just get the heat not the flavor. This is great to add when you're making salsa or to spice up mild salsa, chili or anything you use fresh jalapeño peppers in. I will use it with my personal catering for stuffed peppers, pepper jelly and pineapple jalapeño dip.

LOVE this!!! I used this on a steak I was grilling. It really gave a fun flavor and a bit of heat. It's great because you can shake it out lightly for less heat or heavy for more heat. I also added it to some egg whites and made an omelette and it was delicious. I can't wait to add it to homemade Mac and Cheese.

These Jalapeño Pepper Flakes are terrific. We put them in cornbread, eggs, sandwiches (spread Mayo on your bread and sprinkle on), bagels with cream cheese, beans, cooked in rice, on and on and on …. So many uses for these.

Amazing. I made a loaf of bread, and this was way better than fresh jalapeños. I have sprinkled them on so many things. So worth it!

This stuff is awesome and it goes great with steak and chops. My next experiment will be to try and add it to shrimp and pasta.
