I purchased the Shark Steam and Scrub on an impulse. I've been unhappy with the way my kitchen. Floors and other tile surfaces have looked. And I wanted to see if this device would make a difference. I am happy to say that it has! It's compact enough to be stored in a closet, yet still large enough to make relatively swift work of my tile floors.

I personally hate this steam mop. I only buy shark floor cleaning products and this 1 is the biggest waste of money! It has no on off switch so if you have kids and stop mopping to be a mom there is no shut off valve for the heat.. so the mop can be stopped but the heat continues, electric runs non stop and my steam mop head showed alot of heat which could have led to a fire! I have tested it on multiple occasions by letting it sit for a short amoun in between floors, or being a mom, and it still gets the burning heat smell. I am assuming due to not having an actual on off switch? please let me know if others have this issue or its just me!

If you just want your floor steamed fine, but it does not clean for you.

The Steam & Scrub was easy to use. My only concern is that the floor was quite wet.

Not perfect but does a good job. Don't regret the purchase.

Awesome steam scrubber mop! However it does leave some swirling. But I can live with that. Not very noticeable. So easy and smooth to use.

Great unit, needs a little more “scrub” in the scrubbing pad. Then you can use the softer pad to clean up.

Cleans our hardwoods talks track so much dirt. Not as good on grease but great on dirt. We finish it off with swifter and Bona

This machine did a very good job of cleaning the floors. However, a longer power cord is needed along with a larger water tank.
