Fantastic steam mop! A vast improvement over the previous non-rotating Shark steam mop. Includes three different settings, including a light mode that you can use on finished hardwood floors. Even filling the water is easier than before! You can get off-brand replacement pads for cheap on Amazon, including some that have little scrubbers for tile/grout.

This is similar to an old model (different brand) that I have. I bought this for my daughter and it works AMAZING!!! It’s self propelled, VERY QUIET and cleaned very, very well. The floors were dry very quickly and they shined with a clean look. I used distilled water-from my dehumidifier-and went to work. It took off scuff marks, sticky marks and YUCK!-whatever that was,,,! This is a very nice floor cleaned and I recommend this product for beautiful clean floors. I wish that the little cup they supply was bigger? It takes (2) cups to fill the machine, but I don’t mind pouring another cup to fill it up. Great cleaner and I love how it steamed/sanitized the floor.

Easy to use, works well. Had a shark prior I needed to replace it, skeptical at first with this new style but the spinning heads do a great job. It actually cleans better.

This steam mop is good for our desire to clean between wax applications. I like the steam to help sanitize our floor. I like that it does not leave the floor soaking wet.

Easy to use,works well on ceramic tile and hardwood floors.Has a long cord which makes use more covenient. Comes with extra pads. Pads clean nicely in washing machine. Only drawback is there is no on/off switch.

Seems to work well. It only takes water, distilled water, so you will save a little on detergent, and it removes the need to put any elbow grease into it. That said, it sounds like the motor is straining a little at time, and maybe that is because I am unknowingly putting some elbow grease into it, but it will be interesting to see how this holds up. So far I like it.

I have an older Shark steam mop that does not rotate. It works great and, on it's highest setting, has great and very visible bursts of steam. The rotating heads ofn this unit makes the process of sanitizing the tile floors so much easier, but the sanitizing (highest) setting does not result in anywhere as much steam as my older version. The steam is there, and visible against a dark background like dark furniture, but the amount of steam is disappointing. Otherwise, it is a good unit, and I will keep and use it instead of my non-rotating model, as this is much easier to use.

Very impressed! It heats up in a minute. The machine itself moves fluently and scrubs the floor. The motor I side makes it move effortlessly. It is easy to fill up and stores in an upright position. The only downside, it's rounded and doesn't have attachments to help get into corners. I absolutely love this!

I was surprised at how quiet this floor scrubber is! That's important to me, living in a condo. It replaces a Shark steam mop I've had for years. I like that the pads rotate so fast. I always use it on the highest setting. I'm not thrilled with the emptying of the water reserve. You have to lift the whole machine up and on it's side to empty. Very awkward. I took 1 star off for that. I've used it 3 times and I think my floor looks cleaner than from just the steam mop. I love the way it handles, too.

when I wipe the floor with paper towel after cleaning it came out gray. Not what I expected at all, they promised of high quality cleaning as a shark brand. I’m thinking of returning it. Overall, it removes the sticky spots after multiple go and back over the spot. after using it throw the pads in the washer for cleaning up. I would not recommend.
