Works great! As with all round scrub heads- when used along the wall they bounce along the edge. The pads prevent the baseboards from being damaged in any way. My floors were cleaned very quick & easy!

Not what I expected I returned it leaves streak even after the first 5 times and is hard to control when on high setting

This mop is great, I hated my old mop. The automatic scrubbing is what sold me. I had to drop 1 star off since it doesn't get into corners.

This is an excellent steam mop. Much better than our last Bissell steam mop, which started leaking almost right away. The Shark’s rotating cleaning pads really help scour our tile floor and bring up a lot of dirt. Would highly recommend.

It works great on high for my tile, but on the light mode for vinyl planking, it worked ok, but I really needed to mop it with a scrubber before steam cleaning.

I absolutely love this steam mop. my floors have never been cleaner. I have cats and I love how it cleans and sanitizes around their litter box areas. would definitely recommend.

The Shark Steam mop has cleaned my floors better than anything I've used (e.g. Norwex, Cedar, etc.)! They look like new! I'm so thankful. And the price was very affordable.

I personally hate this steam mop. I only buy shark floor cleaning products and this 1 is the biggest waste of money! It has no on off switch so if you have kids and stop mopping to be a mom there is no shut off valve for the heat.. so the mop can be stopped but the heat continues, electric runs non stop and my steam mop head showed alot of heat which could have led to a fire! I have tested it on multiple occasions by letting it sit for a short amoun in between floors, or being a mom, and it still gets the burning heat smell. I am assuming due to not having an actual on off switch? please let me know if others have this issue or its just me!

Love it!! The last steam mop i had required manual push and pull; tedious and I found a spinmop faster and easiervon the body. THIS gem is like having cruise control on your for the first time! All i havevto do is steer! Our entire house is tile, so it will be a forced break to keep refilling the water container...AND i will need to buy a LOT more scrubbing pads because should be changed out from room to room .. The only area that will require a hand scrubing are wall corners .. this baby pivots around doorways and furniture legs, and aligningbthevtwo spin headscl parallel to the baseboards provides a very CLEAN edge at the baseboard-floor apex. Cannot beat the Sam's price and fast delivery.

I use my steam mop once a week. When it works, it does a great job. Unfortunately, this is the second one I purchased after my first one died. I purchased this one May 2023 and it stopped working in December 2023. I would have expected a higher quality from Shark and for the price.
